• Graphic design and lettering not included. I can do so for an upcharge if you prefer, but it is not my area of expertise. I can include certain metallic framing/design elements as in some of the examples as part of the illustration at no charge if you like.

• I reserve the right to decline any commission/subject matter for any reason. If you're unsure about something, please ask! I am far from squeamish​

• I am happy to discuss options if you have a specific budget in mind or your concept doesn't align well with my standard pricing.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• PAYMENT: I invoice digitally via email or direct link if preferred. Payment plans are available, but an installment must be paid upfront and payment made in full before delivery of final files or late milestone previews. In the event of cancellation, kill fee is the nearest milestone payment, i.e., 25% at sketch stage, 50% at line art/flatting, 75% mid-rendering.

• DELIVERY:  Full resolution images delivered via Google Drive link in the file formats/dimensions of your choice.

• REVISIONS: Up to two free reasonable revisions available upon receipt of the finished piece, but I ask for approval at milestones to avoid issues with the final art.

• LEGAL: Included commercial license covers ebook/paperback/audiobook use and related promotion for the designated project. Other print materials, merchandising, and other uses must be licensed separately. Artist retains copyright and grants two-year exclusive usage rights to author, after which author will retain the right to use the image as licensed for the original project as long as the book remains for sale. I will not share the image publicly until after the author has. Full copyright buyout is available at additional cost.

• PROHIBITION OF AI USE: I will not accept AI generated reference images and will not provide commercial work for any project which uses generative AI in any aspect of its creation. If AI is knowingly used and concealed by the client will be considered a breach of contract.

• Commissions are not to be minted as, sold, or otherwise used in conjunction with NFTs or in the generation of AI images. You may not upload your commission file into any AI generator or dataset. This includes AI checkers. With the proliferation of AI commission scammers, I am happy to provide reasonable proof of human creation such as progress pics and video showing layers if requested. However, full process videos are not included with commission deliverables. It is not feasible for me to record timelapses of large illustrations with my current setup and my commission fees do not buy the right to surveil my entire workflow. I may record timelapses of smaller commissions for social media where possible, but this is incidental and not to be expected for every commission. I have 10+ years of stylistically consistent work showing artistic progress and multiple process videos on social media to prove legitimacy.
